Green Gardens are a close group of 4 friends working hard on bringing inaccessible feelings into a band setting. Drawing from the deep wells of art rock and guitar music before them, the Leeds 4-piece owe everything to the earth and their surroundings. The bands’ gentle energy brings you right into the recording studio with a wide-open roomy sound contrasted with a thickness and deepness of feeling. The band are bringing indie soft rock sounds into the medieval.

FFO: Songs: Ohia, Grandaddy, Broken Social Scene. https://greengardensmusic.bandcamp.com/album/this-is-not-your-fault

+ Glasshouse Red Spidermite: ‘Since establishing a close friendship in early childhood, Glasshouse Red Spider Mite – a three-piece art rock band – were destined to form and realise their collective music purpose. Recognising the necessity of escaping their hometown in Devon, the boys relocated to Brighton to commit to making music. Drawing songwriting influences from the intricate arrangements of Talk Talk and the emotional complexities of Elliott Smith, the band add sonic sensibilities akin to Mogwai and deathcrash to craft an evocative and immersive sonic experience.’ https://www.instagram.com/glasshouseredspidermite/

The venue is only accessible via a flight of stairs however they can offer access via a back door at street level to the venue if mobility is an issue or you use a wheelchair. There are 3 large steps via this route so assistance to gain access and to exit the venue would be required. We can arrange this if you contact us in advance of a show. Please bear in mind that they can only allow access in between bands due to sound issues. Two disabled toilets upstairs, both gender neutral. If you require a carer at the venue, please contact us at info@lovethyneighbourmusic.co.uk for guestlist, with evidence such as a blue badge or access card. If strobe lighting is an issue or if standing for long periods of time is an issue, please contact us in advance. They can provide chairs in the venue although if the event is very busy this will impede visibility. If you wish to make use of a chair to view a gig, we advise arriving early to secure a position. They are happy to accommodate assistance dogs.
