TRIPTYCH: NEW COMPILATION RELEASE FROM BRIGHTON’S LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR RECORDS AS PART OF A THREE DAY FESTIVAL

Triptych consists of three nights, each featuring three of our favourite bands and each accompanied by a lathe-cut vinyl release, one for each night, limited to 15 copies each. TRIPTYCH features Lambrini Girls, Sit Down, Wife Swap USA, Spang Sisters, Hutch, Lucy Feliz, Public Body, Porchlight + Toast.

Public Body: From the cradle to a 9-5 job, buried in unread emails and PMQ youtube alerts, tackling issues such as Question Time Bias and Workplace Etiquette. Public Body formed late 2018 with a clear aim to write the perfect soundtrack to whatever you do whilst procrastinating at your day job.

Porchlight: Five-piece post-punk outfit hailing from various towns across the south coast, currently residing in rainy Brighton.  A group of exquisitely boring blokes drivelling on about migrating from towns to cities, and how shit it is to wake up on a Monday morning and find that you’re still unshaven and poor. Another local band birthed out of the Covid Lockdown who – as well as being happy just to be able to leave the house – welcome any of those wishing to have a lairy boogie with long, skinny, open arms.

Accessibility:

The venue is only accessible via a flight of stairs however they can offer access via a back door at street level to the venue if mobility is an issue or you use a wheelchair. There are 3 large steps via this route so assistance to gain access and to exit the venue would be required. We can arrange this if you contact us in advance of a show. Please bear in mind that they can only allow access in between bands due to sound issues. Two disabled toilets upstairs, both gender neutral. If you require a carer at the venue, please contact us at info@lovethyneighbourmusic.co.uk for guestlist, with evidence such as a blue badge or access card. If strobe lighting is an issue or if standing for long periods of time is an issue, please contact us in advance. They can provide chairs in the venue although if the event is very busy this will impede visibility. If you wish to make use of a chair to view a gig, we advise arriving early to secure a position. They are happy to accommodate assistance dogs.
